Assure Nurses and Caregivers provides personal caregivers to home, facilities, and hospitals.
As part of the daily schedule and in our commitment to maintain good health, our caregivers take care of the preparation of daily meals and handling of the feeding needs.
When unable to do grocery or shop around by yourself because of inability to move due to health condition, our caregivers may take care to run errands. Likewise, our caregivers may accompany you around when the need arises.
Our caregivers make sure that any scheduled appointments to medical physician, dental or favorite beauty saloon are carried on time and escorted or accompanied always.
To bath or to take a shower is part of the daily maintenance of health hygiene. If unable to move due to health condition, our caregivers can provide you a bath in bed, while, if you prefer to have it inside the bathroom, our dedicated caregivers can also assist in bathing and showering.
Our caregivers does light housekeeping, which include keeping the home clean and tidy, dusting or vacuuming of floors, dishwashing and garbage disposal. Cooking light meals can also be performed by our caregivers.
Aside from light housekeeping chores, our caregivers may also do the laundry in your household. When necessary, our caregivers can change the bed linens in regular basis.
One of the additional chores of our caregivers is to remind you of the time the medicines is taken and all appointments for the day or being scheduled.
Our goal is to give you our best personalized care plan to meet all needs and requirements. We will discuss your specific needs or concerns and we are ready to provide you with any care-related needs.
Range of motion (ROM) exercises are done to preserve flexibility and mobility of the joints on which they are performed. Our caregivers assist in these exercises to prevent or at least slow down the freezing of your joints as the disease progresses and you move less often.
Many people will experience incontinence (a loss of bladder or bowel control) in the later stages of their life. There are many causes like your medical conditions, medications and diuretics, environment and clothing obstacles that can contribute to incontinence. Our care aides will assist in the managing of incontinence, like, reminding the person to use the bathroom just before his or her usual time or setting a regular schedule for toilet use, check for nonverbal cues such as tugging on clothing, sudden silence or restlessness, facial expressions (these cues may indicate the need to use the toilet).
